- Make sure all Windows Updates have been installed.
- Make sure that all virus updates have been installed.
- Make sure all temp files are removed.
- Take care of general file clean up.
- Back up the My Documents and data files to CD if you have a CD burner.
- Make sure your Virus software is running correctly.
- Perform a Disk Cleanup, Disk Check, Disk Defragmentation, Troubleshooting.
- Inspect and Remove ad-ware, malicious software, viruses.
- Make sure your firewall, privacy and spam filters are configured for maximum security.
- Perform a full system diagnosis.
- Install Hardware and Software plus configurations.
- Inspection and maintenance of your Network through put performance (High Speed/Lite Speed Internet)
- Inspection and maintenance of your network hardware (Modem, Router, Hubs) are in good working order.
- Install and configure new hardware.
- Install and configure new software.
- Existing installed server maintenance. (Add 25% of the PC service level purchased)
